Langosi (reteta de la Irina Cotros) :)

1l apa calda
1 lingura sare

Amestecul de drojdie:
1 cana de apa calda
1-1/2 lg zahar
2 lg drojdie

Dupa ce a crescut amestecul de drojdie se adauga la apa calduta cu sarea si se adauga faina cit cuprinde.
Se lasa sa creasca 30 de minute.
Se rupe cu miinile inmuiate in ulei si se intind cu mina pe o suprafata uleioasa.

Se prajesc in ulei.
